Are NPI's now included?

They are! We presently list almost 7,000 for the 10,000 M.D.'s and D.O.'s included in the

database.  We will continue to add more as we now begin the Amanual@ matching with the NPPES database and through our annual verification process.

 

Will you be putting Athe rest@ of the WPD on the web site?

We have!  We have posted a searchable PDF version of Athe front@ and Athe back@ sections of The WPD. This will include Hospitals, Group & Descriptive Title Practices, all Area Health Resources and Community Agencies, the Professional Services Guide, Dentists/Oral Surgeons, Podiatrists, and Health Professionals.  Go to AProducts@ and click on Amore WPD@.  You do not have to be a subscriber to access this information.

 

What is the closing date for advertising in the 2008 WPD and where can I get rates?           

The closing date for display advertising is December 31, 2007.  A rate card and insertion order can be found under AProducts@ on the home page.

 

When is the verification process started for the 2008 print edition?

November 19 for the M.D.'s, D.O.'s and group practices and December 3 for the D.D.S.'s, D.P.M.'s and those listed in the Health Professionals' section.

 

 

Are you going to make the physician database available for PDA's?

Yes!  We just can't tell you when or how at this point. If you are interested in purchasing the data in this format, we would like to know if you would prefer to be able to order the data as you would our mailing lists and data leases, by specialty and/or geographically.  A similar pricing structure would be devised for this application so you would only pay for the names you need and not for the entire file. Is the web based edition updated throughout the year?

It is!  We update our web based edition on a weekly basis. 

 

What's the best way to submit changes or additions?

Presently we do not have a Achanges@ form available online.  We hope to have one posted soon, similar to our forms for new M.D.'s/D.O.'s and all Health Professionals.  In the meantime, you can e-mail your changes/additions to wpd@wpdnetwork.com or fax them to

Is there any way to order a mailing list or data lease online?

There is not. We are developing some forms you will be able to use to select medical specialties and geographical areas you would like included in your list to submit to us for a count and a price quote online. Until they are ready, you may e-mail your request to wpd@wpdnetwork.com or call us directly at 301-384-1506.  We generally have your numbers the same day and your list or data lease out to you the next business day. All orders via phone or e-mail must be paid by credit card.
